30-day free returns

We want you to love your Life Master purchase. If you're not happy with it, you can return it within 30 days of delivery, and return shipping is always free.

How to start a return

1. Email cs@lifemasterusa.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply with a free prepaid return label and instructions.
3. Pack the item securely, attach the label and drop it off with the carrier.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is checked, we'll email you and issue a refund to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few business days to show it.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, isn't working, or isn't what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We'll send a replacement or a refund.

1-year warranty

Every Life Master product comes with a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the date of delivery. If a product fails because of a defect during that time, contact us and we'll repair, replace or refund it. The warranty doesn't cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or products used against their instructions or age and weight limits.
